IEW People and Places is a gentle writing curriculum for kindergarten to second graders. It covers 6 of 9 IEW units and focuses on community helpers. We will watch short videos, have brain breaks, and write beginning sentences focusing on amazing people in our communities.

“People and Places in Our Community” writing program teaches note-taking, outlining, retelling, summarizing, writing from pictures, and inventive writing.
